We are rolling out domestic and overseas manufacturing services in general to Japan, China and various ASEAN countries.
We are constructing human resource solutions capable of meeting various needs – from the development to dispatch and contracting of human resources familiar with advanced technologies and production sites.

In addition to integrated production and mass production, we flexibly produce products to meet the needs of our customers such as for single process and high-mix, low-volume production with advanced mounting technologies and low-cost production line construction.

We develop and manufacture various safe, reliable and high-quality power supply products in all fields including office automation equipment, industrial equipment and medical equipment. We are also entering new fields by developing electric vehicle-related products in response to the electrification of cars and industrial equipment.

Diversification of human resources and expansion of contracting business utilizing expertise within our group
- Provide contracted education and training after arrival in Japan in the Foreign Technical Intern Training Program and general support services to companies which accept those interns
- Expansion of manufacturing support services including staffing services in overseas industrial parks
- Systematize a human resources database + education, training and relocation (global platform services)
- Strengthen systems to develop, dispatch and retain highly-skilled human resources in Japan
EMS
Strengthening location strategy, design and development functions accompanying the movement to having no fabrication facilities in the manufacturing industry
- Undertake mega EMS which realizes mass-produced products with Japanese quality at even lower prices in developing countries, made-to-order EMS in mature markets and sharing business which links both to create new value
- Launch mass production in line with needs for the transfer of production to various ASEAN countries in our Vietnamese locations
- Cultivate customers and launch new mass production projects in large and stable markets (engineering tool field) at our American and Mexican locations

Enhancement of profitability by reviewing our product portfolio and fundamentally reforming our cost structure
- Strengthen the revenue base of our core products (high-voltage power supplies and magnet rolls)
- Roll out products for the industrial equipment market, and acquire new customers and expand sales
- Establishing an R&D center in the Kanto region, strengthen the marketing function and accelerating development of technology for new market segments. (environment, decarbonization and electrification)
